First of all, big shoutout to the awesome staff at Plaza Inn By Rio - they made my holiday! Great location in Calangute, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. the breakfast was delish. And let's not forget the super cooperative staff, especially Pankaj and Akash, who went above and beyond, even at 4 am!
The overall service, cleanliness, and response from the hotel fell below par. Refund requested for the letdown.

Our rooms were impeccably clean with balcony, everything was good. It had magnificent location next to the Baga and calungute beach, taxi stand, auto stand, car and bike rent services, and market.

Location is fantastic, close to taxi stand, bustling market, and key attractions like wax museum and beaches. Friendly staff, especially Ms. Fatima and Ms. Jhanvi, went above and beyond, showing love and handling queries professionally. Enjoyed the common pool for families and children during off hours.
Though the staff is friendly, the service and cleanliness fell short. Breakfast had limited variety and quality, with some items not served hot.
